Quality Control Procedures:

Stringent quality control procedures apply to all products, commercial as well as military, and are intended to assure the customer of high standards. 
All procedures are mandatory as required by Mil-a-45208. 

Pricing:

Depends on size of part, number of operations, type of paint.  Quantity lot charge will apply with a 5% hazardous wast fee and there is also a 3% 10 net 30.

• Chem Film: Gold or Clear $35 min.*
• Basic Paint:  $75 min. (5 or less)*
•     Includes chem film, paint, texture
• Paint: $100 min. (5 or less)*Includes Putty, sanding, masking, chem film, paint, texturing

* Depending on size of part (call)

NOTE:  If job requires a special plan that Hues Metal Finishing does not stock in general inventory, or is a one-time use, the price of paint will be added on top of Lot charges. 

Hazardous FEE:    5% on all jobs.
